All participants will be required to sign a waiver, provide an emergency contact and details of any relevant pre-existing medical conditions prior to the session.

We will monitor the weather forecast prior to your session and if deemed unsuitable for riding we will make contact, with as much notice as possible and reschedule. We don’t mind a spot of rain but riding during or post a torrential downpour damages the trails.

If you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment, full payment is required unless 48 hours notice is given.
